Callie

Callie graduated from Elon University in 2020 where she studied public health, exercise science and Spanish. While she wasn’t sure what she wanted to pursue after graduating, she developed a deep interest in food systems and became curious about farming. 

In 2023 she started working full time at Iron Ox and has learned so much about organic & sustainable agriculture.  

Beyond farming Callie loves cycling, hiking and backpacking in NH, yoga, reading, and spending time with good friends.
